This is the first book I read when I wanted to stay alive. Ms Aguer is right on the ball, nail on the head, speaking truth in all ways about disease and the way to rid oneself. She is paying her debt to society every time someone picks up this book and reads it because they will get well. I have followed the advice in this book for eight years now; and have lost over forty pounds and kept it off. The blood in my urine went away, also, my high cholesterol, the burning soles of my feet at night, my arthritis, my kidney stones, my gallstones, and a sinus tumor. I can do things now that I only hoped to acheive in my teenage years at fifty-four. God Bless her.
